Privacy policy
This page explains what data we keep, why we keep it, and your choices. We wrote it in simple words.

Who we are
This website is run by Shards Connect by Vindhyachal Greens (“we”, “us”). We build gaming server tools, plugins and mods, websites and web apps, AI apps and bots.
What data we collect
- When you log in: your name, email address and account ID from Google or GitHub. We never see your password.
- When you send a sales request: everything you type in the form, such as your name, email, phone, company, service, project size and message.
- When you post in the support forum: your topic, your replies and your display name. Forum posts are public.
- When you visit our pages: the page you opened, the time, your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, the website you came from, and a rough place (country and city) taken from your internet connection. If you are logged in, we also link the visit to your account.
- Your IP address: we do not save your real IP address. We turn it into a scrambled code (a “hash”) that cannot be turned back into the real address. We use this code to count visitors and to stop spam.
Why we use your data
- To read and answer your sales requests.
- To run the support forum and keep it safe.
- To see which pages people use, so we can improve the website.
- To protect the website from spam and attacks.
Who can see your data
Sales requests, visit records and account details are private. Only the site owner can see them in a protected admin area. Forum topics and replies are public, so anyone can read them.
Where your data is stored
Logins are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your data is stored in a Supabase database. The website is hosted on Vercel, which also keeps normal server logs. These companies may process data in other countries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for ads.
Cookies and browser storage
Your login is kept in your browser so you stay logged in. We also remember in your browser tab that you have already seen the welcome animation. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we keep data safe
- The website only works over secure HTTPS connections.
- Our database cannot be opened directly from a browser. All access goes through our protected server.
- Requests are rate limited to stop abuse.
- Only one verified email account can open the admin area.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, fix or delete the data we hold about you. You can also stop using the site at any time. To ask, log in and use the sales request form. Write “Privacy” at the start of your message. Please do not post privacy requests in the public forum.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13. Please do not send us their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
